If your PC doesn’t meet the official Windows 11 system requirements, there are workarounds (bypassing TPM and Secure Boot during install). Microsoft doesn’t officially support those installs, but the key itself will still activate Windows 11 on the resulting system.

How activation actually works

After payment, you receive an email with a 25-character Windows 11 product key. During Windows 11 setup, paste the key when prompted, and Windows handles the rest. If you’re already running Windows (unactivated), go to Settings → System → Activation → Change product key, paste, and click Activate.
