Warranty & Replacement

  • We offer a 180-day product warranty, which covers replacements only.
  • A replacement will be issued under the following conditions:
    • If the product key is defective.
    • If an incorrect product version was purchased.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are highly limited and only applicable in the following scenario:

  • Refunds are granted only if our support technician is unable to install the software after providing full technical assistance.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The customer decides they no longer want the product after downloading or redeeming the product key.
  • The product did not meet the customer’s expectations.
  • The customer made a mistake when purchasing the product (e.g., buying the wrong version, without verifying the system requirements).
  • The customer changes their mind after the purchase.
  • The customer does not have sufficient knowledge/expertise to use the software.
  • Failure to provide a valid explanation or information to justify a refund request.

Electronic Delivery & Microsoft Product Keys

  • Once a downloadable software product is delivered to your email, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • For Microsoft product keys:
    • Once the product key has been redeemed and added to your Microsoft account, it is permanently assigned and cannot be returned or refunded.
    • Even if a mistake was made (e.g., Windows version was purchased instead of Mac), the product key cannot be removed or reused.

Incorrect Purchases & Compatibility

If you purchase the wrong product (e.g., Windows software for Mac) or a product incompatible with your system:

  • In some cases, a replacement product key may be issued.
  • Customers are responsible for checking product requirements before purchasing.

Example scenarios for replacements:

1. You purchased Windows software for a Mac device.

2. You purchased a product compatible with Windows 10 only, but your system runs on Windows 8.

Installation & Activation Assistance

Our support team is available to assist with any issues related to the installation or activation of your purchased product.

  • Customers may be required to:
    • Provide screenshots of the activation process or error messages.
    • Allow access through remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer) for troubleshooting.
  • Refunds or replacements are only considered if the issue remains unresolved after full technical support.

Error Code Issues: Redemption errors must be reported within 30 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

Order Cancellation & Digital Delivery

  • Orders may be canceled if marked as suspicious (e.g., fraudulent payments).
  • Once the activation code has been delivered (shown on-screen and emailed), the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Due to the nature of digital delivery, once the product key is delivered, it is no longer secure or resellable.

Exchanges

  • If the software product is defective or the problem cannot be resolved after technical support, we will issue a replacement product key for the same product.
  • Exchanges can only be requested within 30 days of the original purchase.

  • Digital delivery ensures quick, automated delivery of product keys. Once the key is activated, it becomes permanently linked to the customer’s account.
  • We track the delivery of all product keys, including time, date, and IP address, to ensure transparency and accountability.
