I placed my order with one number incorrect for my credit card. It failed. I corrected it and it went through. They told me my order was on hold for incorrect card number. The charge was pending at my credit card company, as they all are for a day or so. I corresponded with James Pham multiple times, and he assured me as soon as they had my money that I would be issued a key for the software I had ordered (MSOffice 2021). The charge was processed, is no longer pending, and they have had my money now for days, and no software key. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. They sure look legit on their website, but in my opinion, they are a scam.
