Will the keys activate on the first try across our fleet?

What if Microsoft revokes a key in our deployment?
Revocations on retail FPP keys in normal business use: zero across 12,000+ shipments. These are legitimate partner-channel perpetual licenses. Don’t share keys publicly, don’t post screenshots, and your fleet stays stable. If a key ever does fail — for any reason — our 180-day replacement warranty covers each seat individually.
Is this Windows only? Will it run on our Mac machines?
Windows only — Windows 10 or Windows 11. For Mac machines in your fleet, you’ll need a separate Mac license. Office 2021 Home & Business for Mac is the closest perpetual equivalent. Publisher and Access don’t ship on Mac — that’s a Microsoft platform decision, not ours.
How many PCs can I activate per license?
One license, one PC. That’s Microsoft’s retail FPP rule. For 10 machines, order 10 licenses. The math is simple: seat count × $64.99 = total. Each license is transferable — if a machine is retired, deactivate in the Microsoft account and redeploy to a replacement PC.
Can we deploy silently across machines using GPO or SCCM?
Yes. The Office 2021 installer supports
/quiet mode for silent deployment via GPO or SCCM. We include a deployment reference guide in your order email — command syntax and a key-injection script for automated activation. No KMS or MAK required; these are retail FPP keys.How quickly will the keys arrive after we order?

What if we lose a key or need to redeploy a seat?
Your keys are stored in your order account on this site and in our records. If your inbox is gone and your account is inaccessible, live chat us with your order reference — we re-issue from our records. Your license manifest PDF also lists every key. Nobody loses access permanently.
